Blend Setup

Add 2–6 peptides you want to combine into a single syringe. Each peptide is drawn separately from its own reconstituted vial. The calculator shows exactly how many units to draw from each vial and your total fill.

⚠ Total draw exceeds syringe capacity. Reduce doses or switch to a larger syringe.

Drawing Order Tips

  • Draw the clearest / most colourless solution first
  • If one peptide is particularly sensitive, draw it last to minimise cross-contamination
  • Gently roll — never shake — the syringe after drawing to mix
  • Use immediately after blending for best stability

Understanding Reconstitution

1

Start with lyophilized peptide

Peptides are shipped as freeze-dried powder in a sealed vial. The label shows total mg content — commonly 2mg, 5mg, or 10mg.

2

Add Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water)

Using a sterile syringe, slowly inject your chosen BAC water volume into the vial. More water = lower concentration (larger draws). Less water = higher concentration (smaller draws).

3

Calculate your concentration

Concentration (mcg/mL) = peptide (mg) × 1000 ÷ water (mL). Example: 5mg in 2mL = 2,500 mcg/mL.

4

Convert dose to syringe units

Units = (desired dose mcg ÷ concentration mcg/mL) × syringe size. Example: 250mcg ÷ 2500 × 100 = 10 units on a 100u syringe.

Key Formulas
Concentration  = (mg × 1000) ÷ mL water
Volume / dose   = dose (mcg) ÷ concentration (mcg/mL)
Syringe units   = volume/dose × syringe size
Doses / vial    = (mg × 1000) ÷ dose (mcg)
Days supply     = doses/vial ÷ doses/day

Storage Reminders

  • Store lyophilized vials at −20°C in a dry, dark environment
  • After reconstitution, refrigerate at +4°C and use within 3–4 weeks
  • Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles — they degrade peptide integrity
  • Always use sterile bacteriostatic water for reconstitution
